Editing the Main Menu Navigation


  1. Login to the Wordpress Dashboard and go to the Appearance section, then click Menus.

  2. On this page, the default is usually Select a menu to edit: Main Nav (Primary Menu). If not, select this option from the dropdown.

  3. On the left-hand side, select the type of menu option you'd like to add. The most common types are Page or Custom Link.

  4. To add a Custom Link, paste the URL and the Link Text of your choice.

  5. To add a page, you can search existing pages within your website.

  6. Select the appropriate menu and then Add to Menu and the new option will appear at the bottom of the page.

  7. Drag and reorder the Menu Structure as desired, then click Save Menu.







You can select more settings by clicking on the down arrow on each menu option.
